Most Przemian

From concrete to van. From control to acceptance. I write for people who feel the life they built no longer fits.

Most Przemian — from concrete to van. From control to acceptance.

I write for people who feel the life they built no longer fits — and are looking for a bridge to what comes next.

I didn’t start with spirituality. I started with exhaustion.

For years I built my life the way it was “supposed to be” — stable job, permanent address, a plan for the next twenty years. I’m a programmer, so I think in systems, procedures, optimizable things. The problem is, you can’t optimize your own life by adding another feature.

Today I’m writing these words from a van, parked somewhere on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia. My child is sleeping beside me, my partner is making coffee on a small stove, and I have my laptop and a view of hills whose names I’m still learning.

Most Przemian is the record of this journey — and an invitation for you to build your own bridge, at your own pace.

What I write about

Acceptance over control — work inspired by Byron Katie’s The Work — four questions that dismantle a thought before it destroys you.

Stress as a signal, not an enemy — a practical approach to stress — not “how to destroy it” but how to understand and redirect it.

Life without a fixed address as a mirror — van life and digital nomadism not as an Instagram trend, but as daily practice of uncertainty.
